I hate Websense. Not only can I not update my blog during lunch at school but I can not look at anybody elses either. I have to apologize to Jane if she still checks in on my blog. She would go forever without adding anything to her blog. It was my main source for info about Seth for a long time. In my mind I would say "how hard is it to post something once a week." So know I must humbly appologize and admit that I am a hypocrite and try to do better. In the Clark household we still use dial up. It still isn't worth the $$ for us to upgrade (yet). Most things I need to get done online I do at school. Life has been busy. Jami is pretty current on her blog if you would like to catch up. Wrestling just finished this past weekend. Practices never ended before 5:30 which also put me traveling through the worst part of traffic on the way home. It is only 11 miles but it seems to take on average about 35 minutes or more to get home. I can ride my bike to school in less then 45. Most of my weekends have been spent at tournaments. Jami has been able to come to a few but our kids seems to be getting sick a lot. How do you prevent an ear infections? Jami also had one of her molars shatter on her so she gets to go back in for a root canal on Monday.
Track started last Monday and it has been a wonderful change. Practice is done by 4:30 (I miss most of the heavy traffic) and it is wonderful to get outside. I may not say that in a few weeks but right now the weather is great. While I have much more responsability and more to do I feel happy and excited again. Much of my time has been spent learning how to coach pole vault. I think I mentioned that before. It still makes me nervious. We will start vaulting tomorrow and my main goal is to not kill anybody.
Last week we did a little bit of reorganizing in our home. We have a new job chart that seems to be working so far. We have cleaned up better after dinner and it has made keeping the kitchen clean much easier. We have read family scriptures for a week and Dallin and McKade reading "repeating" a few verses with us every night. I have also made a goal to pick a task every day to help better our home. After one week I think it has already made a difference. Honestly we did not change that much but having it organized is making a big difference. I almost forgot we also went out for a family jog. Jami has stated that she hates running and honestly it is not my favorite thing either. That may sound funny coming from a track coach but I hate running long distances. We ran around the neighborhood and covered over a mile. McKade and Tyli were in the bike trailer/jogging stroller and Dallin rode his bike. We'll see if we get out again next week. We had planned on running again on Friday but those plans were cancelled when we got to go and pick up Mckade's glasses.
Jami mentions the whole story on the blog but the short version is McKade decided to puke all over me twice in the repair shop. None it got on the floor but a whole bunch of it went down my shirt. So here I am standing outside a store across the street from Leisure World on Power road without a shirt on. Not like stuff like this hasn't happened to me all my life but it still is a little weird. Lucky for me we had some clothes that Greers had given to us to try on and I found a 700 Club shirt that fit. We actually went out to get some food with me smelling like puke wearing a 700 club shirt, Tyli with some crazy hair, Jami and Dallin looked normal and McKade wearing a XL dark green t-shirt. It was in all honesty a lot of fun! Dallin had been asking us to go out for weeks.
Anyways life is busy as I am sure you all know. So I hope you hear from me again before another three weeks go by!!

haha, that's right you can't complain anymore~i've been checking Jamie's instead of yours because she updates more frequently so i can get the scoop :) Right now I'm waiting on Seth to send me pictures so i can post about our weekend, so stay tuned! i always love getting updates from y'all, we miss you!
I am glad jami keeps a blog too, cuz i check over there often! It was entertaining to read the puke story from your perspective too. Love it!! I love your family jog too we do that too w/ walking (we don't have a jogging stroller) I think I am gonna have eliott ride the bike w/ the trailer and the seat so all the girls can ride and then seth will ride his bike and I can run. It is funny what we have to do as parents to be creative enough to get exercise!!
I love when DADS get puked on!
Awesome
