Last year for Christmas the boys really wanted light sabers. Unfortunately they spend more time in the top of my closet then in the toy room. Things tend to get a little violent. I took them down on Thursday and let them play. I thought it would be fun to take some pictures and see if I could make the light sabers glow. It looked good but when I pasted the photo into the current background a lot of the effect was lost and it flattened the image. Oh well. The boys think it is a cool picture and that is why I do it. They really love to go to the football games. Tyli even likes the games. She gets excited and claps her hands. On Friday Jami was walking through the crowd and stubbed her toe so hard that it split her toe nail up the middle. OUCH!! Our labor day weekend was spent grading test and washing cars. I replaced my right front headlight so now I can see when I drive at night. Not the most exciting weekend ever but it was fun. Yes the light sabers were placed in the closet again last night. light sabers are so fun! seth just got one for his b-day, lucky for us we only have one and i think half the battle is won by only having one! but w/ 2 boys you gotta have 2! good luck w/ that!

that made me smile cause our light sabers and knght's swords are always on top of the fridge!! not only for beating each other too much but for using them to reach up and unlock mom's scrapbook room door...:)
